I played on a German CounterStrike source server that is using SMAC Anti Cheat and other plugins. I just wanted to play on it and tried to bunny hop with my mouse wheel, but I got banned while I tried to flick shot someone in the air. I have already talked to the staff on this server, and they told me that they have a plugin on it, that fixes bunny hopping and I think that this combination banned me or if there is something wrong that I did while shooting or moving.
