Q: Is the ban process save ? A: The ban process is as save as SMAC is. If there is a false positive people have the option to protest a ban at our forums. We do not transfer all bans (such as Bunnyhop and co). A SMAC Ip Ban is also only a Serversided Ban ( Only on the specific Gameserver ) which is not transferred. If you are banned by SMACBans you get an ingame message which is clearly from us.

Hi Sibberius, at first thank you for beeing honest. As you can see we have very strict rules @smacbans. We only do further investigations if we consider that your ban is an falsepositive. That´s why we are sorry to tell you that your ban will remain in our Database.

Hi Tenchu and welcome to our Forum, afaik are you not a trusted member of the Smacbans Community and so you wont import your Bans to our database. The public SMACBans plugin does not Ban, it only Blocks known cheater from your server, If your question is related to Source Mod Anti Cheat i would recommend you to ask your question at the AM Forum.

We recreated the same issue with same configs on the same server. Result --> Nothing happened. Are really sure there were nothing else ?

And you are 100% sure that you never used a 3rd Party plugin which can cause a ban. The configs seems legit to me. Since sv_cheats is 0 on the server the client has to obey. There must be something else ... hmm ... just what ??

Hi and welcome at SMACBans.com after reviewing your casen i found the following log entry: 0:0:37285511is suspected of cheating with their eye angles. Eye Angles: 9 -537 0 This is a clean Ban from 2011 ! Maybe you just cant remember cheating back in those days. Unban request is denied / Thread closed.

The log files says that your ID has been detected 5 times positvely from the Aimbot module. There is no known false positive detection on the SMAC Aimbot module. HOwever will discuss your case internally and will post the reuslts here.

Reqiurements not met. Unban request denied / Ban will remain.

Hi Senpai, I can tell you up front, that wo do not unban Accounts with a valid ban because we have very strict rules at SMACbans. Nevertheless we will discuss your case and post the result here. Thank you for your patience.

Not having a VAC Ban isn`t any kind of proof. There is no known fals positive on a sv_cheats violation. Coming after 5 years and telling some "Bad admin Banned me Storys" ..... Ban was valid then. Ban is valid now. Ban will remain in database, unban request rejected.

You have been banned by an Anti Cheating tool and not by an Admin. SMACBans is fully automatic. Ban reason : sv_cheats violation. ConVar sv_cheats violation ConVar sv_cheats violation ConVar sv_cheats violations ConVar sv_cheats violation

Hello Hugs and welcome to our Forum. I have to admit that "stupid" is the right word in this case. The ban was transferred back in 2014 in our Database (Aimbot). Because we have very strict rules we do not unban accounts with a VAC-Ban here at SMACBans. We can´t say what the other Communitys will answer but if you are banned everywhere like you told i would recommend to get a new account. I wish you best of luck

You need to know that we started back in 2012 and from one day to another the amount of cheater on our servers dropped immediately and helped a lot back in those days. The most of us even don´t have any Gameservers any more since CS:S is dead. SMACBAns is still up for the last ( you call it only 212 ) Servers. We call ist still a huge amount. And our more accurate DB show 301 Server BTW.

I would really recommend you to read the FAQs. You are asking questions which has been answered hundreds of times. Quote: “ SMACBans is a community based global cheater database. hi EQ | RipperKillerXx and welcome to our forum, actually SMACBans is not Hosting its own Servers. We provide a global Cheater Database for Communities. Since we do not unban Accounts with a VAC-Ban the reason why got banned is out of interest. Even if it was a mistake back in those days the ppl you were playing against maybe didn´t find it as funny as you thought. All Bans at SMACBans are lifetime Bans and will remain until we takedown this Project. And seems to be that we will be here for the …
