SMACBans is not a part of smac plugin. SMACBans is a global banlist of valid cheaters banned from SMAC plugin on trusted communitys. If you get a SMACBan there, the ban will be transfered into our global banlist. The SMACBans plugin blocks all players on this global banlist.
